​How many treats are in a jar?

Each glass jar {6.8 oz} + resealable bag {7 oz} holds 40+ heart-shaped treats 
Those tiny treats? There are 3 oz in the bag...and that's a lot! 
Large hearts: 1.25" x 1.25"
Training treats: 0.63" x 0.59"

How do I know which LOVE NOTE is in the jar or the bag? 
Each jar comes with a Love Note tag, and each bag has a Love Note sticker, so you always
know exactly which Love Note is inside.

Are your treats suitable for all dogs?

Yes! But if your pup has specific allergies or dietary needs, we always recommend checking
with your vet first. (We’re treat dealers, not veterinarians.)

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because we sell food items, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds.
If your pup isn’t a fan, feel free to gift the joy to a friend’s dog. Sharing is caring.

How do you handle shipping?

Shipping is based on weight, and we partner with a shipping station that helps keep rates low. Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and you’ll get tracking as soon as they’re on the move.

Do you offer bulk or subscription options?

Not yet. But bulk orders for parties, events, and gifts? Absolutely.
Subscriptions are on our radar. If enough pups demand it, we’ll make it happen.
